Our Mission

At Twin Lakes Bible Church, our mission is to glorify God by faithfully teaching His Word, proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, and helping people grow into mature followers of Christ. We exist to know Christ, walk with Him daily, and equip others to live for His kingdom and finish well.

What We Believe

At Twin Lakes Bible Church, we believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and sufficient Word of God and is the final authority for what we believe and how we live. God’s Word reveals His character, His plan of redemption, and His will for His people.

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the Creator and Sustainer of all things and is worthy of all worship, honor, and glory.

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, ascended to heaven, and will one day return to establish His kingdom and make all things new.

We believe that all people are created in the image of God but have sinned and are separated from Him. Salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone and is received by grace through faith apart from human works. Through Christ, sinners are forgiven, reconciled to God, and given the gift of eternal life.

We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, enabling us to grow in holiness, understand God’s Word, and faithfully serve Christ. The Christian life is one of ongoing discipleship, spiritual growth, and loving obedience to God.

We believe that the church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and encourage one another in truth and love. Every believer has been gifted by God to serve and participate in the work of ministry.

We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly, that there will be a future resurrection and final judgment, and that God will ultimately bring about the restoration of all things according to His perfect plan.

At Twin Lakes Bible Church, our desire is to be a Christ-centered, Bible-teaching church that stands firmly on the truth of Scripture, lovingly serves one another, and faithfully points people to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Current Pastor

Pastor Walt H. Franzen has served as the pastor of Twin Lakes Bible Church with a deep passion for faithfully teaching God’s Word and helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. His ministry is centered on verse-by-verse exposition of Scripture, practical biblical discipleship, and equipping believers to know, live, and share the truth of God’s Word.

Pastor Walt came to faith in Christ through God’s grace and has devoted his life to teaching the Bible in a clear, understandable, and Christ-centered way. He has a special burden for helping people develop a solid foundation in Scripture, grow in spiritual maturity, and remain faithful to Christ in an increasingly challenging culture.

In addition to preaching and teaching, Pastor Walt enjoys writing Bible studies, discipleship materials, and books designed to make biblical truth accessible and practical for everyday life. He is committed to the mission of the local church and believes that every believer is called to grow in Christ, serve others, and make disciples.

Pastor Walt and his wife, Teresa, have been blessed with a wonderful daughter, Jordyn. As a family, they are grateful for God’s faithfulness and count it a privilege to serve the people of Twin Lakes Bible Church.

Pastor Walt’s desire is simple: to faithfully proclaim the Word of God, point people to Jesus Christ, and help others learn how to walk with Him and finish well.
